Shipping & Returns


Welcome to Freckled Poppy! We aim for shopping to be super easy and seamless here! We want you to love everything which is why we focus on super detailed size advice on every item! That being said, we know sometimes things just don't work out! 

Shipping:

  • $8.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $150

  • We ship super speedy! Items usually ship in 1-3 business days! We're known to ship faster than amazon usually! Due to illnesses and that we're a family run business, sometimes it's a bit later but that is rare. 

  • If you order an item and need it to be shipped stat, just send us an email to hello@freckledpoppy.com and we can expedite it for you at no additional cost! Please make sure to provide the order number when e-mailing.

  • We respond to ALL e-mails same day; if you do not see a response, PLEASE check your spam :). 

  • All orders ship from our warehouses here in Southern Maryland (hollywood!). Funny fact.. Hollywood Md is right next to California Md !

Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy, simply click the above link to get started.

  • Returns must be unworn and unwashed items with tags still attached and requested within 14 days of receipt of item. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand! 

  • If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We love our Freckled Poppy community! <3 

  • Returns are eligible for a full credit to your account PLUS an extra 10% credit added and a free return label by keeping that choice selected at check out.  Or we refund to your payment method and provide you with a discounted shipping label through our return center link above or this site: https://freckledpoppydenim.com/apps/redo/returns-portal

  • Original shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refunded or credited in your return.  Return shipping charges are covered with the $1 secured label purchase at checkout.  Please note, if you choose to remove this check box, you will have to pay a discounted pre-negotiated label rate to process your return to your payment source.  

  • Please do not send back an item without first clicking the link and following our automated return process. This process is super quick and generates a label for your standard return right away!  

  • If there was a problem with your order, please email: hello@freckledpoppy.com with your order number and details/pictures of the concern.  We answer all emails within 24 hours, if you did not receive a response from us; please check your spam.

  • Once received, returns may take up to two weeks to process (this is rare, but we like to have the buffer). Please keep tracking for your own records and email if you have any concerns: hello@freckledpoppy.com
