Sizes 1-15 size down 1! If you want a lock and loaded fit and do not carry weight in your tummy youcan size down 2. 

PLUS 14-24w: If you want a relaxed true boyfriend fit stay true to size; if you want a more fitted waist size down 1. 

If you're new to odd sizes, take your even and subtract 1! If you straddle two even sizes, your true size is the middle size.
