That is then your starting point for every pair (and is not sizing down).  From there follow the fit for each individually. 

Next is fit for this pair: These are SO soft and have a relaxed bootcut/ straight style fit!  THe high rise keeps it allll tucked in and makes your legs look SO long! These have a soft and stretcht waist and jean material that feels SO good on you! They have a TON of stretch!

Sizes 1-15: Size down 1 for the perfect fit! If you want them lock and loaded you can size down 2. 

PLUS 14w-24w: If you want a relaxed waist, go true to size! IF you want a more fitted waist, you can size down 1!
